The weekday lunch rush is intense and the wait can be 30 minutes. Once you're seated it's worth it. The masala chai is the best use of your time while you wait.

I send every out-of-town visitor here. The dal makhani has been on the stove since Tuesday every time I visit. The staff are warm and the chai is exceptional.
